We are available to help you from Monday - Saturday, and usually respond within 48 hours. If you want to cancel an order placed within the last 3 hours please send us an email as soon as possible with your order number.

I did not receive a confirmation or shipping email, what can I do?
Please check your spam folder first. If you did not receive anything, you might have written your email incorrectly. You can always contact us at support@SkuGear.com
How do I track my parcel?
Once your order has been confirmed our team will begin to prepare your products for shipment. Once your parcel is ready we will hand the parcel over to a third-party logistics company which will then process your parcel for shipment, which is when you will receive a shipping confirmation email (usually takes 2 to 5 business days). Please make sure to mark our emails as safe and to check your spam inbox.
We want you to be confident when shopping with SkuGear, so you will receive shipping updates via email.
Please note we may have to ship your products out separately to keep shipping costs down and avoid any customs fees on your behalf! The last thing we want to happen is for you to receive a customs fee notice.

Tracking
All orders receive a Track & Trace code. After confirming your order we will automatically send a code provided by our supplier. This usually takes around 2 to 4 days.
We will send you a tracking email when your item(s) have been shipped out. In this email, you can find a link with information about your package. Sometimes this email will end up in your spam folder.

The tracking code says it has been delivered, but I didn't receive anything, What can I do?
On some occasions, packages are delivered to local post offices. This is something we do not control and therefore cannot prevent this issue. Please contact us at: support@SkuGear.com

How can I cancel my order/change my address?
Orders can be canceled or changed within 2 hours of ordering. We cannot extend this due to the automatic processing with our suppliers. Please send an email as soon as possible to support@Skugear.com
